Frinji - a great idea for stash yarns.
I've come up with a great new trend, designed some samples, a video to explain how to make your own, and a place to order one if you don't have your own stash yarn. Check out these photos:
Each FRINJI scarf is unique because it is made up of a variety of 4 yard long scraps of yarn, fabric or ribbon combinations. So fun to make and stylish to wear.

Frinji is finally about to launch
I'm writing an article on a variety of ways to make and wear fringe scarves. I've also designed a scarf I've named "Frinji."

Frinji's here!
The center of the FRINJI has a CHAIN knot like the knot on the left. NOTE: there are 4 steps to tie the chain, holding all fringe as one strand.
Place center of scarf at front neck, wrap each end around once or twice, bring one end up under all layers and back out to front. (Not pictured.)
Carefully untie knots and experiment with scarf tying … HINT: Always leave one knot tied. Fringe will get tangled, untangle like you would comb tangled hair. Use your fingers beginning at the bottom of the fringe, working pieces loose moving upward.
Hand wash with COLD WATER, tie several overhand knots in scarf, use mild soap, roll in towel to remove excess water. Lay the piece flat and gently finger comb loose fringe. When dry, untie extra knots and separate fringe.
ALL FRINJIs HAVE BLENDS OF FIBERS (some wool, angora, or alpaca is included unless otherwise noted.)
Try your Frinji as a belt.
